Returns of Fur Products

Due to the nature of the products, fur products (including clothing, accessories, and other items containing fur) cannot be returned
Fur is a special product that, once in the possession of the customer, cannot be resold, for hygienic and ethical reasons.

We recommend carefully considering your purchase before ordering a fur product. If the product is personalized or custom-made specifically for you, this exception also applies.

By purchasing a fur product from us, you agree to these return conditions.

Why don't we accept returns?

Our jackets are custom made for each customer, meaning they are specially produced based on the selected size, color, and other personal specifications. This makes each jacket one-of-a-kind, and as such, it is not possible for us to resell returned items.

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we encourage you to carefully select your size, color, and style when placing your order. Exceptions

All our products get submitted to throughly quality control. However, in the event of production errors (such as incorrect sizing or product damage), we will, of course, offer a solution and ensure that a suitable replacement or refund is provided.
